Renovation efforts aimed at strengthening healthcare and improving the quality of medical services. 💙
In an interview on Syrian TV’s “Morning Glow” program, Dr. Shadi Zaza, President of Rahma Worldwide, spoke about the renovation of the Emergency Department at Hama National Hospital and its modernization according to updated health standards, helping create a safer and more suitable environment for patients and medical staff.
The project is part of the “Fidaa for Hama” campaign, supporting the healthcare sector and strengthening the capacity of medical facilities to provide better care for those in need.

When resources reach the right place, they become more than equipment, they create space for women to learn, work, produce, and pursue new opportunities.
At the Family Productive Center in Sheikh Othman District, Aden, the opening of a new tailoring and sewing workshop marks a practical step toward empowering women to build their skills and expand their opportunities.

Responding to a real need, Rahma Worldwide equipped the workshop with 10 sewing machines, a solar power system, a 1.5-ton air conditioner, worktables and chairs, electrical wiring, lighting, fans, and essential operating supplies, creating a more reliable environment for training and production.
Previously, limited power required different sections of the center to take turns operating, restricting the sewing workshop's ability to work consistently. Today, the workshop can operate with greater stability and continuity.
When resources reach those who need them, skills become opportunity, and opportunity becomes impact.

حين تصل الإمكانات إلى المكان المناسب، لا يتغير ما في المكان فقط… بل تتسع معه فرص التعلّم والعمل والإنتاج.
في مركز الأسرة المنتجة بمديرية الشيخ عثمان في عدن، جُهّز مشغل الخياطة والتفصيل كخطوة عملية نحو تمكين النساء وتعزيز قدرتهن على التعلّم والعمل والإنتاج.

واستجابةً لاحتياج حقيقي، قامت رحمة حول العالم بتجهيز المشغل بـ10 ماكينات خياطة، ومنظومة طاقة، ومكيف بسعة طن ونصف، وطاولات وكراسٍ، وتمديدات كهربائية وإنارة ومراوح، إلى جانب مستلزمات التشغيل.
فقد كانت محدودية الطاقة تفرض سابقًا التناوب بين أقسام المركز، مما يحدّ من قدرة مشغل الخياطة على العمل والاستمرار. أما اليوم، فأصبح القسم أكثر جاهزية واستقرارًا، بما يتيح للنساء مساحة أفضل للتدريب والإنتاج.
حين تصل الإمكانات إلى حيث تُحتاج، تتحول المهارة إلى فرصة… والفرصة إلى أثر.

Daraa… the birthplace of the Syrian revolution and the place where its first sparks were ignited. 💙
From this city, whose memory carries the beginnings of the revolution and the sacrifices of its people, the film “Little Gandhi,” directed by Sam Kadi, was screened, bringing back the story of Ghiyath Matar, one of Daraya’s sons whose story became part of Syria’s collective memory.

The screening offered audiences in Daraa a chance to reconnect with a story deeply tied to the city’s history. As they watched Ghiyath’s story unfold on screen, they reflected on the pain and hope, the experiences of Daraa’s people, and the memories that remain.
Through this screening, Rahma Worldwide continues to support spaces where art and humanitarian memory come together, keeping Syrian stories alive and helping pass them on to new generations.
Daraa was not simply the beginning of a story… it was where a spark began that changed the course of Syria. 💙

درعا… مهد الثورة السورية، والمكان الذي خرجت منه أولى شراراتها. 💙
من هذه المدينة التي حملت في ذاكرتها بدايات الثورة وتضحيات أبنائها، عُرض فيلم «غاندي الصغير» للمخرج سام قاضي، مستعيدًا قصة غياث مطر، أحد أبناء داريا الذين تحولت حكايتهم إلى جزء من ذاكرة سوريا.

كان العرض فرصة ليلتقي الفيلم بجمهوره في المدينة التي ارتبط اسمها ببدايات الثورة، حيث استعاد الحاضرون تفاصيل من الذاكرة، وتابعوا قصة غياث كما رُويت على الشاشة، بين الألم والأمل، وبين ما عاشه أبناء المدينة وما بقي من حكاياتهم.
ومن خلال هذا العرض، تواصل رحمة حول العالم دعم المساحات التي يلتقي فيها الفن بالذاكرة الإنسانية، لتبقى قصص السوريين حاضرة، وتصل حكاياتهم إلى أجيال جديدة.
درعا لم تكن مجرد بداية لحكاية… بل كانت المكان الذي خرجت منه شرارة غيّرت وجه سوريا. 💙

Some gifts meet an immediate need. Others create the means to move forward.
In Al-Mansoura, Aden, your generosity helped transform a closed and unsuitable training room into a space for opportunity.

Through Rahma Worldwide, the sewing and embroidery room at Al-Mansoura Vocational and Industrial Institute in Aden was rehabilitated and equipped with electrical work, lighting, fans, air conditioning, 12 modern sewing and embroidery machines, and essential training supplies.
At the opening, Hani Mohammed Al-Yazidi, Director General of Al-Mansoura District; Abdulrahim Abdulkarim Al-Jawi, Director General of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Office in Aden Governorate; and Engineer Jihad Matooq, Director of Al-Mansoura Vocational and Industrial Institute, highlighted the initiative’s role in strengthening vocational education, expanding training opportunities, and supporting economic empowerment.
You did more than equip a training room.
You gave a skill the opportunity to become a livelihood.

ومن خلال رحمة حول العالم، أُعيد تأهيل وتجهيز قاعة الخياطة والتطريز في المعهد المهني الصناعي بالمنصورة – عدن، بأعمال الكهرباء والإضاءة والمراوح والمكيفات، إلى جانب 12 ماكينة خياطة وتطريز حديثة وكامل .مستلزمات التدريب
وخلال الافتتاح، أكد هاني محمد اليزيدي، مدير عام مديرية المنصورة، وعبدالرحيم عبدالكريم الجاوي، مدير عام مكتب التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني بمحافظة عدن، والمهندس جهاد معتوق، مدير المعهد المهني الصناعي بالمنصورة، أهمية المبادرة في دعم التعليم الفني، وتوسيع فرص التدريب، وتعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي..أنتم لم تجهزوا قاعةً فحسب

In the lives of some families, even a small act of support can make a big difference. 💙
Asmaa Mahmoud is a mother of four, facing difficult living conditions with her family, along with the health challenges her daughter, Layali, is experiencing.

Through Shahba Style Hall in Aleppo, part of Rahma Worldwide’s projects, and with support from the Turkish Religious Foundation (TDV), the family received the clothing they needed.
This support may not solve every challenge the family faces, but it gives them something every person deserves: security, dignity, and the feeling that they are not alone. 💙

In the city of Jaramana, Rural Damascus, we joined the Syrian Arab Red Crescent for a volunteer clean-up day, with the participation of Rahma Worldwide President Dr. Shadi Zaza, alongside our teams and volunteers.
The campaign included cleaning and removing waste from several areas, using equipment provided by the Jaramana City Council, along with two rented trucks to support the clean-up efforts and help complete the work efficiently.

This initiative reflects the importance of volunteerism and community participation, while contributing to a cleaner city and a healthier environment.
Together, we can make a difference starting with our own communities. 💙

في مدينة جرمانا بريف دمشق، شاركنا بالتعاون مع الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري في يوم تطوعي للنظافة، بحضور رئيس منظمة رحمة حول العالم، الدكتور شادي ظاظا، إلى جانب فرق العمل والمتطوعين.

For Asmaa, the support was more than just clothing… it was a message that her family is not alone. 💙
Asmaa Mahmoud lives with her four children in difficult circumstances. Her daughter, Layali, faces health challenges that have severely affected her vision, while her husband is unable to work.

Through the Shahba Style Hall project in Aleppo, one of Rahma Worldwide’s projects, and with support from the Turkish Religious Foundation (TDV), the family received the clothing they needed, helping ease some of their daily burdens and providing them with a sense of security and dignity.
The support may seem simple, but it carries something much greater: security, dignity, and hope. 💙

Transit Is Not a Destination. It Is a Beginning.
At the National Library of Aleppo – Bab Al-Faraj Square, Transit | Art & Humanitarian Work marked the first chapter of a vision designed to go beyond a single conversation, connecting minds and experiences, and creating a meaningful space for art to serve people and purpose.

In his remarks, filmmaker Sam Qadi reflected on how art can move beyond simply telling a story: it can preserve memory, carry a cause forward, and ensure that human experiences are not forgotten.
The partnership with Rahma Worldwide builds on a journey that began with the production of Little Gandhi in 2016 and has continued through shared projects and screenings, from Syria to the United Kingdom.
A journey of ideas. A meeting of experience. A partnership beyond borders, creating an impact that lasts.

في مسرح دار الكتب الوطنية بحلب – ساحة باب الفرج، جاءت «ترانزيت | الفن والعمل الإنساني» كأولى محطات رؤية تتجاوز ندوة واحدة؛ رؤية تعبر بالعقول والخبرات، وتفتح للفن مساحة فاعلة في خدمة الإنسان والقضية.

في حديثه، أوضح المخرج الأستاذ سام القاضي كيف يمكن للفن أن يتجاوز حدود الحكاية، ليحفظ الذاكرة، ويُوصل القضية، ويمنح التجارب الإنسانية فرصةً لأن تبقى.
وتأتي الشراكة مع رحمة حول العالم امتدادًا لمسار بدأ منذ إنتاج «غاندي الصغير» عام 2016، وتواصل عبر تجارب ومحطات مشتركة، من سوريا إلى بريطانيا.

From Daraya to the world… and back home again.
In the hometown of Ghiyath Matar, Little Gandhi, directed by Sam Kadi, was screened at the Daraya Municipal Stadium on Al-Moadamiyah Road, a powerful moment as Ghiyath’s story returned to the place where it began.

The film carried Ghiyath’s story to international and humanitarian platforms around the world. Now, it returned to an audience that knows the place, remembers the story, and felt its weight firsthand.
For many in the audience, this was more than a film screening. It was an encounter with memory, sacrifice, and the hope of a city rebuilding its future after liberation.
Through Rahma Worldwide, art, memory, and humanitarian action came together to bring Ghiyath’s story back to Daraya, not as a distant memory, but as a legacy that remains deeply rooted in its people and its place.

The audience wasn’t simply watching a film. They were remembering Ghiyath in his own city.

من داريا إلى العالم… ثم إلى داريا من جديد.
في مدينة غياث مطر، عُرض فيلم «غاندي الصغير» للمخرج سام قاضي في ملعب داريا البلدي – طريق المعضمية، في مشهدٍ عادت فيه الحكاية إلى مكانها.

فيلمٌ حمل قصة غياث إلى منصات دولية وإنسانية، ليعود اليوم إلى جمهور مدينته؛ حيث امتزج التأثر بالذاكرة، وتحولت المشاهدة إلى لحظةٍ لاستعادة حكايةٍ يعرفها المكان جيدًا، وإلى أملٍ جديد في مدينة تستعيد حياتها بعد التحرير.
ومع رحمة حول العالم، يلتقي الفن بالذاكرة والعمل الإنساني، لتعود حكاية غياث إلى داريا، لا كذكرى بعيدة، بل كأثرٍ ما زال حاضرًا في المكان وأهله.

اليوم، لم يكن الجمهور يشاهد فيلمًا فحسب…كان يستعيد حكاية غياث في مدينته.
«غاندي الصغير»… حين تعود الحكاية إلى أهلها.
