We want to address a recent billing notice that some of you may have received and provide clarity on what occurred.
Due to an unexpected processing delay, this month's ACH (automatic bank withdrawal) payments were not withdrawn on the usual date of the 8th — instead, they were processed on the 12th. As a result, ACH participants were mistakenly assessed a $20 admin fee, and some of you may have received an email notification about the charge.
No action is needed on your part. The admin fees have been fully reversed and your account has been updated accordingly.
