There’s still time to make a difference! We’ve extended our annual Fieldstone Farms Food Drive through Saturday, November 7th, giving everyone a little more time to join in.
Donations so far have been lighter than in years past, and we know how busy this time of year can be. That’s exactly why we wanted to give our neighbors another chance to take part. With the holidays approaching, the need in our community is growing, and every can, box, and bag helps put a meal on someone’s table.
Items needed:
Canned food, canned meats, canned vegetables, and dry cereals.
Drop-off location:
Fieldstone Farms Clubhouse. Look for the black box on the left side of the doors, or drop off inside the Clubhouse during office hours.

An Open Board Meeting will be held at the Fieldstone Farms Clubhouse tonight, October 19th, at 6:30 PM. The Board will give updates on the community, and you are welcome to ask questions.

Our annual Fieldstone Farms Food Drive is almost here!

When: October 19th – October 31st
Where: Fieldstone Farms Clubhouse (black box on the left side of the doors), or drop off in the clubhouse during office hours.

We’re collecting:
Canned food
Canned meats
Canned vegetables
Dry cereals

Let’s come together as a community to help neighbors facing food insecurity. Every can counts!

Neighbors,

Tomorrow, Saturday, October 10th, the Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride will be riding through our community at around 12:30 PM! Please see the attached map and flyer. They will be cycling through in the afternoon this year, coming from BGA, down Fieldstone Pkwy, and onto Cotton Lane. We invite you all to go out and cheer for our service men and women.

The Fall Garage Sale is the first Saturday in October. This year, it falls on Saturday, Oct 3rd from 7AM to 3PM. Goodwill will be at Hunters Bend to accept donations from 11AM until the trucks are full. This event is rain or shine. Participants should get a permit from the City per the City's guidelines. Please visit the City's site to request a permit.

‍No other yard or garage sale is permitted at any other time in Fieldstone Farms except the HOA sponsored community-wide event. The sale is advertised in the Tennessean, county publications, and Craigslist.
