What a fantastic BBQ Day! We had a wonderful event and a great turnout in spite of the heat. We appreciate each and every person who bought a Boston Butt, donated a dessert, entered the Baking Contest, bought a chance on a beautiful quilt, came to see the cars and tractors, and joined us for lunch. Old friends, new friends, neighbors, and family members - so many people came together to celebrate our wonderful community center. We want to thank the McBurg FCE Club, Voodoo Customs, the Dellrose Fire Station, and Nick's Grill. And we especially appreciate the bbq pit crew who kept the smokers going all night to make delicious bbq, Paula Bradford for managing the lunch crew and making the coleslaw and baked beans, and all of the volunteers who helped cook, serve, clean and run this wonderful annual event!
