Our FKR Adoption Center and boutique will be closed today, April 5th, so staff and volunteers can enjoy Easter with their families. We'll be back tomorrow, Monday 4/6! 😻🐾

This past November, Kitty (formerly Miss Freya) was recognized as a runner up for the Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911) 'Glimmer of Hope' ambassador program. PACC 911 graciously awarded funds for Kitty to receive the lifesaving care that she needed. Thanks to PACC 911 for all you do, and for helping us help kitties in need 🐾❤

What a week it's been! From longtime stay/dedicated 'work husband' Apollo getting adopted to Bowie D. barely getting in the door before he was adopted, we are so grateful to everyone that has stopped by this week. We'll miss having these sweethearts around the rescue but can't wait to hear stories from their new homes! ❤😻

Arizona Gives Day is officially only two weeks away! This year, generous anonymous donors have pledged a $13,500 matching gift, meaning every dollar donated up to $13,500 will be matched 1:1. That’s the opportunity to turn $13,500 into $27,000 for the cats in our care!

BUT - we only unlock that match if we raise the full $13,500, so we need YOUR help to get there.

We recently opened a new medical building, giving us the foundation to expand our lifesaving work. While we have essential equipment in place, we must now restructure the space itself to safely increase our intake capacity. This includes modifying the building to meet standards for an isolation (ISO) unit and dedicated recovery areas, allowing us to properly care for cats recovering from surgery or illness and protect vulnerable populations from the spread of disease.
