SpIndL is now scheduling intake meetings for neurodivergent young adults interested in joining our upcoming Life Skills Coaching cohort beginning at the end of the summer.

Our classes are designed to support young adults in building the practical life skills needed for greater independence and confidence in everyday living. Participants will have opportunities to strengthen skills such as:

✅ Time management & organization
✅ Self-advocacy
✅ Goal setting & problem solving
✅ Job readiness & workplace skills
✅ Community engagement & independence
