Our Chamber president, Tim Allen, recently traveled to Łask, Poland, home to the 32nd Tactical Air Base. Presentations from Łask covered this unique history of the city all the way back to the 15th century and how the community is now a hub for many small and medium size businesses. The center of our discussions explored opportunities for commerce between our two communities, and how to reinforce this new relationship that started with the F-35 Foreign Military Sales program at Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Fort Smith, AR.

Polish pilots have been training right here in Fort Smith since 2025 logging hundreds of flight hours before their first F-35s touched down at Łask in the spring of 2026.

Thank you to our friends in Łask for their continued partnership and the warm hospitality shown during this visit. We're grateful for this new friendship and look forward to our continued growth together.
