Let's hear it for our amazing USO Therapy Dogs and all the goodest of boys and bestest of girls out there! Whether they're offering comfort, spreading smiles, or simply reminding us to take a paws and enjoy the moment, dogs have a special way of making every day better.

There is something truly special about the healing power of a dog. 🐶💕

Last week, the USO and our Therapy Dogs spent time with the incredible Soldiers of the 128th Aviation Brigade, bringing puppy cuddles and tail wags directly to their hangar bays. Many of these Soldiers have been away from family and loved ones for weeks and months while focused on training.

For a little while, the stress melted away, smiles appeared, and the pups worked their magic. Moments like these remind us how important connection, comfort, and compassion are.

Thank you, 128th Aviation Brigade, for all you do. We are grateful for the opportunity to support you and share some much-deserved puppy lovins!

We had another successful Let’s Cook thanks to our amazing friends at Food Lion!

Our service members got in the kitchen and whipped up some seriously delicious food for lunch, all with a little help and guidance from the incredible Chef Joe and Chef Rich!

Good food, great people, plenty of laughs, and learning new cooking skills along the way!

Take a break, grab some lunch, and spend time with our amazing therapy dogs! 💙

Join us on Wednesday, August 12 from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM (or until supplies run out) at the Fort Eustis USO for a relaxing afternoon filled with furry friends, lunch, and plenty of tail wags.
