Webster County Conservation The Webster County Conservation Board is located in central Iowa and is home to John F. Kennedy Memorial Park.

The Webster CCB collectively manages 24 areas, memorial sites, wildlife areas and prairies - encompassing over 2,000 acres within the county.

We had a blast at last month's Toddler Time! Don't forget to join us this Thursday, May 28 at 9:30 am for our next gathering at Camp WaNoKi.

A variety of outdoor themed activities and a short hike will help toddlers understand their natural world. ๐ŸŒณ ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿฆ‹

We loved hosting a great group at Kennedy Park. Community Christian School - Iowa students planted a tree, spread fresh mulch, and cleaned up branches - then enjoyed a hike and time to play at Kennedy Park. ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿฅพ

We appreciate you choosing to spend your day giving back and enjoying the great outdoors with us! ๐Ÿ’š

The Children's Forest featuring The Lorax Characters in Fort Dodge, Iowa

The Childrenโ€™s Forest is located within Kennedy Park and includes a story walk trail where a childrenโ€™s storybook is deconstructed and posted along the park trail. While youโ€™re on the StoryWalk trail, also watch for the Lorax characters carved from tree stumps done by Des Moines artist, Gary Keenan.
