Cereal Drive Final Update!

The official count has been made....
Fontana NJHS and Student Council collected a total of 846 BOXES!

What an amazing achievement to be proud of. We are now able to stock the Bridges Food Bank for TWO months!

Here are the final standings:
1st place: 6th Grade- 187 Boxes
2nd place: 8th Grade- 116 Boxes
3rd place: 7th Grade- 104 Boxes

We are off to a great start with 284 boxes of cereal collected so far. Keep 'em coming!! 🤩

We are almost 1/2 way through our cereal drive collection. Our goal is 800 boxes, and with community, student, and staff donations, we are at 284 boxes! Our last day for collection is February 27th. We have drop-off locations at Coffee Mill, The Fontana Public Library, and our partner store, Daniels Sentry. After our collection and video creation, we will be stocking the The Bridge Food and Diaper Bank

It's Kringle time! The due date for orders is Monday 2/23 and delivery date is Wednesday 3/11 from 2-4pm. Our Teacher Appreciation Week is next week, and we’re excited to share what is in the works!

We’ll be sending info to staff later today, and you’ll also see flyers coming home and posts in Class Dojo. We’re also bringing back the teacher treat table, which was a big hit last year! If you’d like to donate items, please drop them off with Susan in the office this Thursday or Friday. Suggested items include: gum, Tic Tacs, Post-it notes, small hand sanitizers, granola bars, specialty drinks, and other small treats.

We truly appreciate your involvement and support of our school. The teachers look forward to this week every year, and your help makes it extra special!
