👏👏We can't say thank you enough to Frosty Moose for another year of ice cream scoop donations to our fishing lessons!🍦

Tom, owner of Frosty Moose, donated 320 free scoops of ice cream for kids that attended our fishing lessons during the summer. 🐟

Thank you to Frosty Moose for believing in the importance of getting kids out to explore nature and learn through fishing with our lessons.

We encourage the local communities to visit Frosty Moose, your local ice cream and sandwich shop and please tell him thank you from us!

Geneva Lake Conservancy is honored to participate in The Final Harvest Ceremony, recognizing the lives, history, and enduring legacy of Chief Big Foot, his family, and the Indigenous Potawatomi people who called this beautiful region home until their forced removal in 1836.

As stewards of the land, we are grateful for the opportunity to reflect upon this rich cultural history and the deep connection of the Potawatomi people who shared and cared for this clear-water lake and its surrounding landscapes across generations.
The Final Harvest Ceremony was originally written and performed by the Williams Bay High School History Club under the direction of Club Advisor Deb Soplanda.

We invite our community to join us in honoring the Potawatomi people's enduring connection to this land, learning about our shared Lake Geneva area history, and recognizing our collective responsibility to preserve its natural and cultural heritage.
