Dear Brothers & Sisters,

With a sad 😪 and heavy heart 💔, we received the news of the passing of our _young Brother, Tanweer Jaan, in Finland 🇫🇮._ He leaves behind two beautiful and precious 💜💞💙 children. He was the beloved _nephew of Haji Muhammad Akbar Shairzad Sahib, the Imam of Masjid Darut Taqwa in New York, USA 🇺🇸.

We humbly request everyone to keep him in your sincere duas & supplications 🤲🤲🤲.

Haji Shairzad Sahib generously sent $500.00 through Al Medina Mercy NY_ for two lambs 🐑🐏 to be sacrificed as Sadaqah on behalf of Tanweer Jaan. One lamb 🐏 was sacrificed in Kabul, Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and its meat 🥩 was distributed among poor and needy families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 — some of whom had not eaten meat 🥩 for months 🌙. The second lamb 🐑🐑 was sacrificed in Herat, Afghanistan 🇦🇫, where it was distributed amongst the very poor people. COOKIES 🍪🍪 & BISCUITS 🥠 WERE PURCHASED WITH THE REMAINDER OF THE $250.00 & DISTRIBUTED AMONG THE STUDENTS OF AL MEDINA MERCY NY'S ORPHANAGE HOME 🏡.

May Allah ﷻ Accept this Noble Charity from Haji Shairzad Sahib, Reward all those involved, Elevate the ranks of our brother Tanweer Jaan, Forgive his shortcomings, Expand & illuminate his grave 🪦⚰️, and Grant patience and strength to his family and loved ones in Shaa Allah ta'ala.

Our beloved 💙💞💜 Rasul-Allah ﷺ taught us that when a believer suffers through illness and pain, Allah ﷻ Raises their ranks and Expiates their sins. We pray 🤲 that due to the immense suffering and hardship 💔😪 he endured at such a young age, Allah ﷻ Grants him the rank and reward of the martyrs in Shaa Allah ta'ala.
