🧹✨ Auxiliary Storage Shed Clean‑Up Party!
This Wednesday at 1 PM

Calling all members who love to purge, organize, tidy, or just laugh while doing it — this event is for YOU!

The storage shed needs a good clean‑up and clean‑out, and we could really use some helping hands to make it happen. Come join us for an afternoon of teamwork, fresh air, and maybe even a few surprises as we discover what’s been hiding in the shed all year.

If you have any to spare, we could use:

Storage boxes

Yard‑sized garbage bags

Every little bit helps — and every person makes a difference. Let’s clear it out, clean it up, and have some fun while we’re at it.

See you Wednesday at 1 PM!
Let’s purge with purpose!

Thanksgiving Basket Donation Drive - Post 42

🦃 Post 42 is coming together to support local families in need this Thanksgiving! The Legion is providing turkeys, and we’re asking our members and community to help us fill the baskets with staple food items that will feed a family of eight.

🍁 Donation Window: October 1 – November 15 Drop off items anytime during regular Legion hours.
🍂 Basket Preparation: November 16–18 Volunteers will assemble baskets and prepare them for distribution.
🧺 Basket Pick Up Day: November 20 • 12 PM – 6 PM Families will pick up their Thanksgiving baskets at Post 42.

❤️ Know a family who could use a little help this holiday season?

We have simple Thanksgiving Assistance Forms available at the bar. Anyone can pick one up, fill it out, and return it to the bar staff. These forms help us make sure baskets go to families who truly need them.

Together, we can make Thanksgiving brighter for our community
