A special thank you to some of our wonderful Week 1 Kid's Camp volunteers!

🌿 Eileen Schraffenberger, Master Gardener, shared her knowledge by teaching the campers how to plant basil seeds.

🎨 Joyce Patterson led our pottery and clay activities.

🌳 Tim Moberly taught the children about planting trees.

🎣 Jim Staashelm taught the campers the basics of fishing.

🍯 Tommy Mac, our beekeeper, gave the children the opportunity to taste fresh honey.

🐦 Terry Herthel introduced the kids to a one-day-old purple martin.

These amazing volunteers help make camp fun, educational, and exciting. We are grateful for the time and talents they share with our campers!

What a special retreat! Thank you to all the quilters who came from near and far across the United States to be with us. Your creativity, kindness, and love of quilting made this gathering truly meaningful. We are also so grateful for the beautiful quilt that was gifted to us. This is our 6th year hosting this event, and we can’t wait to welcome you back next June!

Silent Auction Information:

Bidding will take place during MountFest and will close at 7:00 p.m. All bids must be submitted before the auction ends, and winners will be announced at the close of the event at the Pump House.

Payment for winning bids will be accepted by cash or credit card only.

Items available in the silent auction include a variety of donated goods such as gift baskets, restaurant and retail gift cards, themed baskets, handmade crafts, home décor, and services from local businesses.

We look forward to a great event and appreciate everyone who participates!

MountFest volunteers ... t-shirts are in! Please stop by the front office to pick yours up! It's not too late to sign up. If you have any questions, please call the office @ 812-923-8817. We will be closed on Monday for Memorial Day, but the office will open Tuesday @ 8 a.m.
