Young Marines had an amazing time at the Midwest Regimental Encampment at Camp Cuivre in Missouri! They participated in archery, obstacle courses, first aid training and many other activities. Most importantly, they built confidence, learned new skills, and made lasting friendships with Young Marines from across the region. We are proud of their hardwork and dedication!

YM/MSgt Jones received a personal achievement award for dedicating her summer to other youth and is newly promoted to YM/MGySgt! Congrats Young Marine! Personal award given by Midwest Regimental Commander, promotion pinned by Tri State Regimental Commander/ Prior Unit Commander and her current Unit Commander.

The Kentuckiana Young Marines, Scott County Young Marines and Morgan County Young Marines were honored to present flags throughout history for the Indiana Elks Convention held in Indianapolis on June 5th.

We are grateful to the Indiana Elks for the opportunity to participate in this meaningful ceremony and to represent the values of respect, honor and devotion to our nations flag.

The Kentuckiana Young Marines attended their 5th Honor Flight in Louisville, Kentucky on Tuesday June 2nd. YM/MSgt Jones, YM/LCpl Jones and YM/Pvt Jones welcomed home 86 Veterans from Washington DC. The Young Marines were asked to be part of the Honor Guard with other youth organizations. Welcoming our Veterans home is not just something they will remember, but we as Young Marines will also.
