At Consolata Healthcare Foundation, our mission is simple but powerful: to help ensure Connally Memorial Medical Center has the resources, technology, and equipment needed to provide exceptional healthcare right here at home.
“Empowering Excellence in Hometown Healthcare” isn’t just our slogan—it’s what we work toward every single day.
Since 2004, Consolata Healthcare Foundation has raised more than $2 MILLION in support of Connally MMC. Those dollars have helped purchase vital equipment and technology—including a mammogram machine, cardiac imaging technology, an ER stretcher, rehabilitation and therapy equipment, and other improvements that directly impact patient care.
Why does that matter?
Because when an emergency happens, when someone you love needs answers, when early detection can change an outcome, or when minutes matter, having quality healthcare close to home can make all the difference.
