Joining us for Halloween in downtown Florence? Here’s what to know before you head out!

🦹‍♂️ 5:30: Costume Contest Begins

🍬 COME READY FOR FUN - Wear your favorite costume, bring a bag for treats, and enjoy the Halloween fun below, all FREE!

🍬 Trunk or Treat with more than 30 decorated trunks
🐾 Rydables animal scooters
🎃 Inflatables
🎮 Big-screen Mario Kart
🚜 Haunted Hay Ride
🎨 Face painting
🎈 Balloon animals
✨ And more!

🗺️ CHECK THE EVENT MAP - Use the attached map to find candy trunks, activities, vendors, restrooms, the Town info booth, and road closures. Plan your stops so you don’t miss any of the fun!

🅿️ PLAN YOUR PARKING - Parking is available at the following locations north of the event:

🔸 Viney Jones Library & Community Center - 778 N. Main St.
🔸 Town Hall - 775 N. Main St.
🔸 Jason Lopez Memorial Park - 600 N. Main St.

Additional parking is available east and west of the event:
🔸 Dorothy Nolan Senior Center - 330 N. Pinal St.
🔸 Quartz Lot - 231 N. Quartz St.

Please use these lots before parking on side streets, keep private driveways and access points clear, and watch for pedestrians.

🌦️ RAIN OR SHINE - Fright Fest is planned to proceed rain or shine! We’re closely monitoring the forecast, which currently shows rain returning Saturday night. The timing could change, so please dress for the weather and check for updates before heading out. Severe weather, including heavy rain or thunderstorms, may require cancellation for everyone’s safety. Any changes will be shared on the Town’s community calendar and social media.

It’s National Cat Day! 🐾
Today we celebrate the furry little household supervisors who knock things off counters, ignore us when called, and somehow still have us completely wrapped around their paws.

Desert Roses: Women of Pinal County 🌵 — the program for our November meeting!

Join us Thursday, November 12 at the historic clubhouse, 231 N. Willow St., Florence. Dinner served at 5:30 PM, program at 6:00 PM, free of charge. Presenter Chris Reid tells the stories of the well-known and unsung women who left their mark on Pinal County.

Come as you are, or come as they did! Pull out the pearls, gloves, hats, cardigans and vintage dresses as we step back in time and imagine a GFWC Woman's Club meeting in the past..

Members, guests and the public are welcome to attend.

Warning: Coffee with the Florence Woman’s Club may lead to excessive chatting, laughing, and making new friends! 😂☕

Join us tomorrow for a casual coffee get-together. Grab your favorite drink, pull up a chair, and stay as long as you’d like. We meet at the Station Coffee Co. at 9:00 am every Wednesday. Everyone is welcome - no membership required.

The Florence Woman's Club encourages everyone to exercise one of our most important rights and responsibilities as citizens: voting.

Whether you vote early, drop off a ballot, or head to the polls on Election Day, take a few minutes now to make your plan. Know where to vote, when you'll go, and what you need to bring on Tuesday, November 3.

Every vote matters. Every voice counts. Your participation helps shape the future of our community, state, and nation.

Cancelled due to weather - Give us a friendly "beep, beep!" as you pass Florence Woman's Club members this morning while they're volunteering to clean up Hunt Highway.

It may not be the most glamorous job, but we're proud to roll up our sleeves and help keep our community beautiful. A wave, a smile, or a quick honk of encouragement means a lot to our volunteers!

Thank you for supporting those who volunteer to make Florence an even better place to live, work, and visit.

Good News / Bad News!
First, the bad news: Tomorrow morning’s Florence Woman’s Club highway clean-up has been cancelled due to the weather.
Now for the good news: You get to sleep in! 🎉 No alarm clocks, trash bags, or roadside adventures required!
Thank you to everyone who was willing to come out and help keep our community looking its best. We appreciate you!
Don’t worry, the trash isn’t going anywhere. We’ll reschedule!
