We enjoyed spending the afternoon on Thursday with some of our volunteers and friends at the Women in Commerce Luncheon!

We had the opportunity to hear from Elizabeth Bostian, CFO of First Bank, who shared an inspiring message on leadership. One message especially stood out: lead with a soft front and a hard back. Be compassionate and approachable while remaining confident in who you are and what you stand for.

It was a wonderful reminder that strong leadership doesn’t require changing who you are. Show up authentically, lead with purpose, and stay true to yourself.

Thank you to the Greater Florence Chamber for bringing women in our community together for an afternoon of connection and encouragement! 💕

Our Basic Needs Program provides eligible Florence County residents with assistance for rent, utilities, and water to help families maintain stability during difficult times.
