Join us March 28th & 29th, 2026, for the 161st Anniversary of the Skirmish at Gamble's Hotel at the Historic Column's Plantation near Florence, SC. Events will include reenactors, vendors, displays, demonstrations, a daily battle and more! Visitors can check out the authentic campsites, displays, watch the battle and learn about the people and actions that took place in the P*e Dee in March 1865.

March 28-29, 2026. South Carolina. Civil War Reenactment. The Carolina Campaign - The 161st Anniversary of the Skirmish at Gamble's Hotel at the Historic Column's Plantation near Florence, SC. The event will include sutlers, vendors, living history demonstrations, daily battle reenactments and more! Good evening Brothers,
I know we are still a week away from the meeting on February 3rd, but I am curious on who all is going to be attending the meeting in person and if you are going to plan on meeting for lunch prior?

Lunch will be at the Lizard's Thicket on Knox Abbott Rd in Cayce. I am usually there between 1115-1130, then go to the museum and have the meeting at 1pm.
