🌊 No Sunday video this week... and that's a beautiful thing.

This weekend, I'll be away facilitating I FLOW: Feminine Rites of Passage, helping an incredible group of women reconnect with their inner Maiden, Mother, Warrior, and Crone through ceremony, movement, healing, and community.

Instead of watching me teach this Sunday, I'd love to invite you into your own practice.

Take a walk barefoot.
Watch the sunrise.
Dance in your kitchen.
Sit by the water.
Journal.
Cry.
Laugh.
Breathe.

Allow yourself a moment to simply flow.
