🆘 PREGNANT LULU DIES 5/28 8:00 am 🆘

Lulu was recently trapped by Kilgore Animal Control Officer. She is a beautiful, sweet 38 # Aussie mix who is terrified at the shelter. She is heartworm negative and very pregnant. She only has until 8:00 am tomorrow to live!

If you can foster her and help her along with whelping her puppies we can save her life immediately! Surely there is one family in East Texas that has a place for a pregnant medium size girl to go. Please apply at angelpawsadvocates.com/forms Tyler, TX

We have so many wonderful dogs and cats in our care, and each and every one of them is hoping to find a loving forever home. Before submitting an adoption application, we kindly ask that you take a moment to make sure you are truly ready for the commitment that comes with bringing a new pet into your life.

Some important things to consider:

• Do you have the time and patience for a new pet?
• Are you planning to move anytime soon?
• Is everyone in the household ready to welcome a pet?
• Are you financially prepared for food, vet care, and unexpected expenses?
• Can you provide a stable, loving, lifelong home?

Recently, we have had many adoptions fall through or potential adopters change their minds at the last minute. While we understand that life happens, it can be heartbreaking for the animals we care for and can delay them from finding the forever homes they truly deserve.

Our pets give their hearts so easily, and we want to make sure their next home is truly their forever one. Please be certain you are ready before applying.

Adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment, not a temporary one. Our goal is to make sure every animal finds a safe, loving, and permanent home where they can thrive for years to come. “Hello; i have an unfortunate situation where I have to find somewhere for 2 chiuahas to go. One of our dogs has already been killed by a local and we cant build a fence. We have to leave the city soon and cant take them with us. I was able to find homes for one but the other two I just cant. Im at the end of my rope and dont know what to do. Is there any way you can help? They are spayed, neutered and have all their shots. They are 2 years old. The dogs are both cat and kid friendly.”

Our little Pilot, recently rescued, is on the mend! He was found in the middle of the road with injuries to his paws, but he’s healing well and showing his sweet spirit every day.

Pilot hasn’t stopped purring since he has been with us! We already know he’s going to make a wonderful companion for his future forever family!

We are looking for a volunteer dog trainer or behavior specialist who may be willing to help with a couple of our rescue puppies. ❤️

They are sweet pups who need some extra guidance. It may be typical puppy behavior, but we want to give them the best possible foundation and set them up for long-term success in their future homes.

We are committed to positive reinforcement methods only.

Dehart Veterinary Services is in Jacksonville each Sunday on Rusk Street.
