We survived the July 3 heat to help get food to the families who needed it! ☀️💚 A special thank you to Dollar General for donating extra items to help keep our volunteers cool during the distribution. We truly appreciate your support!

📅 Reminder: Friday, July 10 is Group A distribution.
• Please park on the far side of the parking lot.
• Arrive by 9:45 a.m.
• All food has been donated, and expiration dates are generally 3–5 days away, so please plan to use or freeze items as soon as possible.

We are also excited to announce that the first meeting of the Fleming County Food Rescue Board will be held on July 9 at 9:00 a.m. This is an exciting step forward as we work toward launching a community food bank in Fleming County. Thank you to everyone who has supported this mission—we couldn’t do it without you!

We have been so blessed at the Food Rescue over the past several weeks! One of the greatest blessings has been the generosity of our patrons, who have been bringing wonderful donations from their homes to share with others in our community. Every act of kindness makes a difference.

DISTRIBUTION FOR GROUP A IS TOMORROW, JUNE 12TH.
This will be our first day for the new distribution schedule by alphabetical group.

Please read the attached flyer. Volunteers will be available to assist with parking, hand out flyers and answer questions about the new distribution schedule.

🚧 ATTENTION: Due to construction in the LVCAP parking lot, there will be NO food distribution this week.

Please refer to the food distribution calendar for upcoming distribution dates and times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are completed.

Food distributions begin at 10:00 a.m. each Friday and are divided by the first letter of your last name to help ensure an efficient and organized process.

Spread the word - the community food distribution for *Fleming County residents* is THIS SATURDAY, May 16th. We will be at the County Barn (493 Industrial Drive, Flemingsburg, behind toyo seat) beginning at 1:00 p.m. and will distribute food until it’s gone.

Please have your ID ready at the entrance and your trunk empty.
