🦁 WHAT DOES THE FLEMINGSBURG LIONS CLUB DO? 🦁

You may have seen us around town, but you might not know just how much our local Lions Club does for the Flemingsburg community!
The Flemingsburg Lions Club is dedicated to serving our community and helping those in need. Throughout the year, our members volunteer their time at numerous local events and projects, including:

🎉 Summer Palooza
🏀 Holiday Hoopla
👁️ Kentucky State Fair Eye Exam Booth
🌭 Hot Dog Giveaways at Football & Baseball Games
❤️ Benefit Auctions for Local Community Members
🍳 Cooking Breakfast for Project Prom
🎓 Scholarships for Local Students Continuing Their Education

👓 SERVING OUR COMMUNITY'S VISION NEEDS

One of the biggest missions of Lions Clubs around the world is helping people see, and our local club takes that mission seriously.

The Flemingsburg Lions Club works with Eye Care Associates in Flemingsburg and Maverick Optical in Maysville to help provide glasses for individuals in our community who are in need.
We also collect used eyeglasses at several local businesses throughout Flemingsburg. These glasses are recycled and ultimately donated to people who need them.

Recently, the Flemingsburg Lions Club and Tollesboro Lions Club completed a grant that allowed us to purchase two vision cameras. These cameras can perform preliminary vision screenings and help identify individuals who may need a follow-up appointment with an optometrist.

🦁 WHY THE AUCTION MATTERS

Every year, the Flemingsburg Lions Club hosts our annual community auction to raise the funds that make these programs and projects possible.

When you attend our auction, you're not just coming out for a good meal or a fun night you're helping us continue serving the people of Fleming County.

We would LOVE for you to be part of this wonderful mission!
