At just 20 years old, Terry Graul suffered a life-changing spinal cord injury after a workplace accident. While the injury changed his life, it never changed who he was.

Terry remained positive, active, and determined to live life to the fullest. He became a strong advocate for accessibility and independent living, helping others navigate challenges and pursue opportunities.
Whether playing wheelchair basketball, traveling across the country, working, or serving as a leader in the disability community, Terry proved that obstacles do not define a person.

For years, Bob Graul dedicated his life to helping others through his legal career, representing families, children, and those in need. His commitment to making a difference didn't stop when he retired.

In 2021, Bob founded Terry's Legacy to honor his brother Terry, whose life was forever changed by a spinal cord injury at the age of 20. Inspired by Terry's determination, resilience, and belief in independent living, the organization was created to help others facing similar challenges.

Today, Terry's Legacy provides grants that help individuals with spinal cord injuries make essential home modifications, improve accessibility, and live more independently.
