💙 Every Grant Changes a Life
A wheelchair ramp. A chair lift. An accessible bathroom. Sometimes the support someone needs to regain independence starts with a single home modification.
Through Terry's Legacy, accessibility grants help individuals living with spinal cord injuries create safer, more functional homes where they can live with greater freedom, confidence, and dignity.
These improvements don't just change a house—they change everyday life. They make it easier to move, participate, connect with family, and focus on what matters most.
Every grant represents hope. Every grant creates opportunity. Every grant changes a life.

Help us continue providing life-changing accessibility grants and empowering individuals to live independently at home

🏠 Accessibility Creates Opportunity
Accessibility is more than a ramp, a chair lift, or a home modification. It's the freedom to move safely, the confidence to live independently, and the opportunity to participate fully in everyday life.
For individuals living with spinal cord injuries, accessible homes can remove barriers that stand in the way of independence. Simple modifications can make daily tasks easier, improve safety, and provide greater peace of mind for individuals and their families.
At Terry's Legacy, we help make these life-changing improvements possible through accessibility grants and community support.
Because when barriers are removed, opportunities begin.
Support our mission of creating more accessible homes and helping individuals live independently with dignity and confidence.

🏠 Home Is Where Independence Begins

For many individuals living with spinal cord injuries, returning home after rehabilitation is only the beginning of a new journey. Simple home modifications can have a profound impact on safety, accessibility, confidence, and independence.

A wheelchair ramp can provide easier access. A chair lift can restore mobility between floors. An accessible bathroom can improve daily living and reduce barriers that many individuals face every day.

At Terry's Legacy, we are committed to helping individuals and families create living spaces that promote independence, dignity, and opportunity. Through accessibility grants and community support, we help make home environments safer and more functional for those living with spinal cord injuries.

Because everyone deserves the freedom to live comfortably, safely, and independently in their own home.

♿ Terry's Story Continues to Inspire
At just 20 years old, Terry Graul suffered a life-changing spinal cord injury after a workplace accident. While the injury changed his life, it never changed who he was.

Terry remained positive, active, and determined to live life to the fullest. He became a strong advocate for accessibility and independent living, helping others navigate challenges and pursue opportunities.
Whether playing wheelchair basketball, traveling across the country, working, or serving as a leader in the disability community, Terry proved that obstacles do not define a person.
His courage, perseverance, and commitment to helping others became the foundation for Terry's Legacy.
Today, his story continues to inspire our mission of empowering independence and supporting individuals living with spinal cord injuries.
Join us in continuing Terry's mission and helping create a more accessible future for all.

💙 A Legacy of Service, A Mission of Hope
For years, Bob Graul dedicated his life to helping others through his legal career, representing families, children, and those in need. His commitment to making a difference didn't stop when he retired.

In 2021, Bob founded Terry's Legacy to honor his brother Terry, whose life was forever changed by a spinal cord injury at the age of 20. Inspired by Terry's determination, resilience, and belief in independent living, the organization was created to help others facing similar challenges.

Today, Terry's Legacy provides grants that help individuals with spinal cord injuries make essential home modifications, improve accessibility, and live more independently.

Every ramp installed, every doorway widened, and every barrier removed creates new opportunities for someone to live with greater freedom and dignity.
