🦝 HELP US GROW THE TRASH PANDA CREW! WE’RE LOOKING FOR LEADERS! 🦝
Trash Panda is growing, and we’re getting ready to take the next steps toward expanding our mission into new communities! But in order to grow, we need the right people standing alongside us.
We’re looking for dedicated board members and hands-on leaders who believe in what we do and are ready to help take Trash Panda to the next level.
🏪 FLAGSTAFF SHOP LEADERSHIP
I’m looking for people who are ready to step into leadership roles and help take over the day-to-day operations of our Flagstaff shop. This means more than simply volunteering when you have free time. We need dependable, self-motivated people who are willing to take ownership and ensure the shop opens on schedule, stays open during its designated hours, and continues serving our community consistently.
I need people who are willing to take on the responsibilities I currently manage so I can focus on expanding Trash Panda’s reach and potentially opening another location in Tucson.
🦝 BOARD MEMBERS & ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
We’re also looking for committed individuals who want to help guide the future of Trash Panda, support our mission, strengthen our programs, and help build a sustainable organization that can continue making a difference in our community.
PLEASE NOTE: These are currently volunteer positions. As our sales grow and the organization becomes financially sustainable, our goal is to work toward compensating eligible board members and leadership positions where appropriate and legally permissible. At this stage, we’re looking for people who are passionate about the mission and willing to help us build toward that future.
We know this is a BIG commitment. We’re not looking for people who simply want a title. We’re looking for people who show up, follow through, take initiative, solve problems, and care enough to help turn a vision into something bigger than one person could build alone.
Trash Panda has grown because people have been willing to roll up their sleeves, think outside the box, and turn what others throw away into something meaningful. Now, we need a few more incredible humans ready to help us keep that momentum going.
