CLUB FAIR IS TODAY!

If you’re looking for an organization that loves to serve NAU as well as the Flagstaff community then Kayettes just might be the place for you! We’ve been around since 1967 spreading a whole lot of spirit, service and smile to this wonderful little mountain town. Come visit our booth TODAY on the pedway from 1-3pm!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 💐🎓

Lindsey joined Kayettes in 2021 and has been such a light in all of our lives with just how caring she is! She graduated this past December with a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. We admire all your dedication and commitment you have put into everything no matter how small the task was! We wish you the best of luck in this new chapter.

✿ FAVORITE MEMORY: “Any Kayette group volunteering events. I was always fun to help the community as a group and talk and get to know each other better.”

✿ ADVICE: “Don’t be afraid to create your own or share new service opportunities with the group. Helping others anyway we can is what Kayettes are all about.”

✿ POST GRAD PLANS: “I will be moving to Oklahoma City this summer to start my full time position as a design engineer for Boeing OKC.”

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 💐🎓

Reanne joined Kayettes in 2022 and has empowered us to live life to the very fullest! She graduated this past December with not one but TWO bachelors degrees in business administration and accounting. We are endlessly proud of everything you’ve accomplished and cannot wait to see you take on this new era!

✿ FAVORITE MEMORY: “I’d say probably the Homecoming parades. I always loved seeing my peers come together to participate in a fun event that gives smiles to families and individuals in the Flagstaff and NAU community! I also enjoyed spending time with the whole club.”

✿ ADVICE: “I’d give to new members is to make those connections with your Kayette peers sooner rather than later. We have such a wonderful community in Kayettes, and I took too long to make those connections and got less time to get closer to many of my peers.”

✿ POST GRAD PLANS: “I just started an Audit Associate position at CBIZ in Phoenix!”

Raven joined Kayettes in 2022 and has impacted us all greatly! She graduated this past December with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. We are so incredibly proud of you and wish you the best of luck as you enter the nursing field! We have no doubts that you are going to do amazing.

✿ FAVORITE MEMORY: “From my time in kayettes is my first holiday dinner. It was so amazing to work with everyone to serve the community in such an impactful way!”

✿ ADVICE: “Be brave and bold in the ways you choose to serve your community.”

Sorry for the spam, but our last post today will be congratulating these two amazing women!

💛Alexis won Kayette of the month for the month of November! Her energy at holiday dinner and founders day was infectious! She is so much fun and brings so much joy to everyone around her💛

💛Hannah Ley won Kayette of the semester!! Hannah has proven her dedication time and time again. Despite having a very busy semester she was still able to give so much to Kayettes. She’s also created the most amazing bonds with everyone this semester bc of her sweet and fun personality💛

Meet Kayette Alumni Kaitlyn!
She was in Kayettes from 2019-2022! After graduating from NAU she stayed in Flagstaff and is working as a social worker for flagstaff medical center! She does discharge and clinical social work as well.

Her favorite memory in kayettes was sleepovers before holiday dinner and having to de thaw the turkeys!

Kayettes taught her about the importance of service and how to advocate for others! These lessons have helped her in her career as a social worker!
