"Imagine hosting a 5-hour dinner replicating the Titanic’s first class menu with 11 courses including caviar, oysters, quail eggs, poached salmon, filet mignon, duck, roasted squab, foie gras, cold asparagus and Waldorf pudding and peaches in chartreuse dressing…. full yet? Imagine all your guests dressed like it’s 1912 and entertained by singers and musicians performing as famous passengers of that maiden voyage. Also imagine the team in the rain carrying 600 plates, replicas of the White Star Line, the chef and his crew serving the guests in a castle on an island in the middle of the Hudson River. That was our extraordinary event on Bannerman Island tonight. Bravo to all who made the magic happen. Brilliant event!"
