We’re baaaaaaack! No, really! Did you miss my constant rambling? Boy, I hope so 😂 because I sure missed all of you.
For the last 2 years Mama G and I have been ramping up to the grand opening of our dream project. Introducing The Dream Keeper Farm Project. 🦄🐷🐶
The is located in Wallkill (more like Gardiner if you ask me 😂). We are open 7 days a week from 10-4 for volunteers a visitors. Itching to know what this latest venture is all about?
The Dreamkeeper Farm Project is a place for all the dreamers, givers, thinkers + people of all abilities to be able to be who they truly are. All while gaining a valuable skill set + emotional support from a village, all while being surrounded in a healing space with the animals.
Our farm will offer programs such as Caregivers + Me, After School, Pony + Me reading program, skill trade building, homeschool/group program, horsemanship lessons (individual and group), and many more. All of the programs will, involve mentorship, leadership and community involvement. We will also be working with a variety of at-risk populations who will gain most from these experiences. Giving back is number 1 for us + always has been.
After 8 years of Dreaming, healing, growing and saving lives (including my own) We have finally taken the biggest leap off a cliff to date!
Mama G and I ran with an incredibly opportunity when the universe sent us Ms. Pat. She’s our landlord at the farm + SHE. IS. INCREDIBLE. On our very first tour of the farm she asked us “If we could breathe some life back into her farm” + boy are we going to do just that! This is exactly where dreams are made 💫
Wondering how this all relates back to The ? Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy Y’all. Yesterday I shared a post on The DKFP from The IBKK. Here’s what I wrote:
I can still emembering writing this post about my very first . It’s so hard to believe only 5 years ago Mama G + I were here chasing our very first dream together. 😭
Kittens really were my very first saving grace. They completely helped me to shift my perspective + to fight like hell to stay alive. When I talk about being humbled, I truly am. Every single day I stop for a second and I’m humbled all over again.
Every step I’ve taken in my whole life vividly replays in my mind all the time. I will never forget the girl who spent her teens in + out fo psychiatric hospitals, the 20 something who used drinking as a coping skill and the 30 something women who finally found herself on a farm with Taki. Every piece of my journey has lead me here, to this space, to finally live with all my heart + soul. 🦄
I will forever be grateful for #60. Fizz taught me the art of being completely selfless regardless of what is spinning out of control around me. He showed me the way to being a DreamKeeper. He brought me all the other DK’s after him and he’ll forever send the next ones to us. He’s the heart of all of this. ♥️
While it’s been over a year since I left the world of kitten rescue, it doesn’t mean we will be gone forever. 😉 Part of The has a very special place for The Itty Bitty Kitty Kommittee. Everything connects eventually. That’s the beauty of this life. 💫
Miss you, my boy! I am so happy we finally have a place that I can always share your journey the way with the world. Your life was always too short but, your impact will forever live on. You are and will always be the beginning 🌈🐱🌈
For now, I’m asking all of you to come join us at The DKFP. I would be so honored to have you join us on our latest and greatest adventure of our lives. Y’all helped me to heal in a way I never thought possible. You gave me hope and love when I needed it the most. You were the backbone that is forever The Itty Bitty Kitty Kommittee.
Feel free to message us on our business page to set up a time to come tour the farm, chat with me about my greatest life saving dream and finally let me hug you! I am so grateful to be here again.
Let’s be real, Did you really think so could stay away? Love you all so much!
♥️
