Today, our youth had the incredible opportunity to meet with Dave from Uncle Ray’s Dairyland and learn what it takes to build a successful family business.
Dave shared his experiences, tips and tricks for success, the business model he follows, and the importance of collaborating with other local businesses. He also took the time to share personal best practices and lessons he has learned along the way.
We are so grateful to Dave for investing his time in our youth and encouraging them to think about their futures as entrepreneurs, business owners, and community leaders.
Opportunities like this give young people valuable exposure to what it can look like to own and operate a business while showing them that leadership, collaboration, hard work, and community connections can open doors to incredible possibilities.
