Last week for "The Fry" for 2026...this is customer appreciation week. Featuring FREE ice cream sundaes from Uncle Ray's Ice Cream Emporium!!! A giant THANKS to all who have dined with us this Lenten Season. You've made this event bigger than ever which will help the Knights to do even more in the year ahead for those most in need. Hope to see you one more time, or maybe for the first time this week to enjoy one of the best fish and shrimp dinners in Southeastern Michigan!!!

"The Fry" is back and in full swing! Week one was a big success and it appears our great tasting fish and shrimp are still getting two BIG thumbs-up from our diners!!! If you missed us last week, you still have 5 more Fridays to come and enjoy the food, the people, the great community atmosphere. Where else can you spend $15 for a 3 pc, 12oz, wild caught, US-sourced Cod or 5 pc Panko-crusted Shrimp dinner with this list of FREE items included: choice of potato, hand-made slaw, applesauce, fresh Crust bakery bread and homemade dessert??? If you dine-in, you get free hot Coffee, Tea, Cocoa or cold Lemonade. We do carry-out's too...order/pay ahead with QR-Code or by phone and glide by the line and return home in short order. Our solid crew of 50 volunteers looks forward to seeing you (again) soon!!!

Last Sunday we had a couple Free Throw Winners at the District competition coming out of the event, held January 12th, at St John's in Fenton. The district winners were Ellie Gerwin for the 14 year old girls and Sophia Jensen for the 13 year old girls. Both will now move on to compete at the Diocese Level on March 2nd.

Counting down to the St. John Applefest ...the festival starts Thursday...on Sunday, Sept 15th, there's a new, all-day event offering: Knights Ride for Veterans. Ride your motorcycle, trike or spyder along with the Knights on Bikes from St John to the Great Lakes National Cemetery and a VFW led tribute to our country's veterans. Close out the day at the festival's Spaghetti dinner and take a chance on the prize drawing of donations from local businesses!!! Event proceeds will be donated to the Sacred Heart Veterans Village in Flint. Hope you will join in!!!

Looking for riders, donors, diners Sunday, Sept 15th, to support two worthy causes: paying respects to deceased veterans and donating to the care of living vets with the Sacred Heart Veterans Village Project in Flint, MI. Join the ride to Great Lakes National Cemetery, donate cash or goods and/or attend the Applefest Spaghetti Dinner...all raise funds for this worthy cause.

For those in the general area of Fenton MI, this weekend we will be collecting all 10 cent returnables (bottles/cans) all weekend. Look for the trailer in the church parking lot, SE corner of church. Our team will be there in person Sunday, 8AM-1PM to receive your donations, but you can drop off any time the trailer is there...usually from Thursday afternoon till Sunday evening. If you are using this GREAT, WARM February weather to do some cleaning, we'll take those returnables off your hands.
