The St. Anthony Park Community Garage Sale returns Friday and Saturday, September 18th and 19th.

Residents throughout the neighborhood are invited to participate by hosting garage, driveway or yard sales. Registered households will be included on District 12's official community garage sale map to help shoppers find participating locations.

Last year's event featured 27 sale sites across St. Anthony Park. This year's sale has been scheduled later in September to accommodate the Labor Day holiday and the District 12 Hampden Park Ice Cream Social.

The Board of Directors are thrilled to be awarding the Michael Brasel Spirit of the Park Award to Lisa Sackreiter. For 30 years, Lisa has been serving our community, bringing partners together, seeing and responding to community needs, giving of her time and talents to make the community she loves even better! We can think of no one more deserving than Lisa. Congratulations!

Lisa will be honored during the Fourth in the Park celebration, where she'll ride in the parade and receive the award during the bandstand program following the parade.

🚨URGENT: Save debate at SPPS 🚨

Saint Paul Public Schools votes on its budget next month – and MNUDL is not in it.

We need your voice now to change that.

Yesterday, more than 50 MNUDL supporters packed a Saint Paul Public Schools board meeting. Students stepped up to the mic and spoke with clarity, confidence, and heart about what debate has meant to them: academically, socially, and personally. They’re fighting to keep the activity they love in their schools.

MNUDL has been a contracted SPPS partner since 2013. We served over 500 students from the district last year. Our data shows real results: stronger attendance, higher GPAs, better test scores, higher graduation rates. And every dollar SPPS invests in this proven program is more than matched: their $83K unlocks $200K in grant-funded programming benefit.

This cannot be lost in a budget shuffle.

• Current debaters: Tell them what debate does for you.
