Spring is in the air, and that means one thing… our Spring Festival is almost here! 🌷🎡 We’re so excited to bring our school community together for a fun-filled evening next Friday, April 24, 2026—but we can’t make it happen without YOU!

We’re looking for amazing volunteers to help make this event a huge success. Whether you can lend a hand for a short shift or stay a little longer, every bit of help makes a big difference. From games and activities to setup and cleanup, there’s something for everyone!

Get ready to turn pages and spark imaginations — our School Book Fair is coming March 9–13, and we need YOU to make it magical!

Why volunteer?

Help students discover books they’ll love

Support classroom libraries and school programs

Have fun with other families (and get first dibs on great titles!)

Dates:

Setup: Saturday, March 6 — come help us transform the gym/library into a book-lover’s paradise

Book Fair: Monday–Friday, March 9–13 — Before Lunch or After!

Volunteer Opportunities:

Set-up crew (March 6): arrange tables, unpack boxes, decorate

Cashiers & sales helpers: ring up purchases, assist students

Student shoppers’ helpers: guide classes, recommend age-appropriate picks

Restock & tidy: keep displays neat and shelves full

Take-down/pack-up (March 13 after close): help close out the fair
