Today, the TBI Warrior Team honors the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. Especially the ones in this picture who served with members of our team. These are the heroes we remember everyday and who inspired our motto “We will never forget to live a life that honors Those who gave their life for our Freedom.”

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, it is a time to remember the sacrifices made by our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy every day.

Today, the TBI Warrior Foundation was honored to attend the University Health Trauma Survivors Network event. 💙

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many inspiring individuals, organizations, and advocates who are dedicated to supporting trauma survivors and their families. Events like these remind us of the power of community, healing, and hope.

Our mission continues to focus on serving , often considered trauma survivors, by providing support, resources, and encouragement on their journey to recovery. Thank you to University Health and everyone who made this meaningful event possible. We look forward to building new connections and continuing to serve those who need us most.

Today we proudly celebrate SGT(Ret.) Ricardo Perez on an incredible milestone, achieving higher education and continuing to prove that perseverance, resilience, and purpose can overcome even the greatest challenges.

Ricardo’s journey is one of courage, sacrifice, and determination. As a combat Veteran, Purple Heart recipient, and proud member of the TBI Warrior Foundation Board of Directors, he continues to inspire others through his leadership, advocacy, and unwavering commitment to serving fellow Veterans.

His achievement is a powerful reminder of why support systems, education opportunities, and community resources for Veterans matter so deeply after military service. When Veterans are empowered with the right tools, encouragement, and access to resources, they continue to lead, succeed, and positively impact the lives of others.

At TBI Warrior Foundation, we believe no Veteran should navigate life after service alone. Ricardo’s success reflects the power of community, family support, and organizations dedicated to helping Veterans thrive beyond their injuries and challenges.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to join forces with Caring for the Caregiver and bring our community together for a meaningful time of connection, support, and fellowship.

A special thank you to the San Antonio Botanical Garden for your generous support and beautiful setting that allowed everyone to relax, connect, and create lasting memories.

Events like these remind us of the importance of caring for one another and building a strong community where no one feels alone. We truly enjoyed the camaraderie, laughter, and shared moments together.
