Concerned about a hyperscale data center coming to Vanderburgh County? So are we.

This phone to action petition from our friends at Citizens Action Coalition will send our concerns to the Vanderburgh County Commissioners and the Vanderburgh County Data Center Research Committee. We are urging them to extend the moratorium and ensure meaningful public participation in the process.

New sticker drop!
For those that don’t know, we design a lot really dumb stickers based off of jokes and conversations we have in the store. Majority of our stickers are made in batches of 100 and once they are gone, they are gone forever.

For months members of Protect Posey County have spent hundreds of hours researching and recommending responsible development measures for the county's data center ordinance. This work has not gone unnoticed. It's unfortunate that out-of-state and out-of-town influences have attempted to tip the scales at the last minute as evidenced by last nights meeting.

Would you want an AI data center close to your children's school? As it's currently written that would be OK in Posey County.

Our schools deserve specific protections. The current proposed amendment still does not include a specific setback from schools. This concern has been raised throughout this process, and we believe it deserves to be addressed before the ordinance moves forward.

Our children spend their days there.
Our ordinance should protect them there.
