There have been surveyors and other contractors checking out these farmers’ land consistently for weeks now.

Big Tech Companies are using Enron style accounting tricks to hide over $1 TRILLION in debt related to the data center build out. Instead of reporting the debt on their balance sheets they are borrowing thru a financial instrument called "special purpose vehicle" or SPV. This limits big tech's risk and could leave communities on the hook for remuneration should the AI bubble burst.
