1 Million Cups (1MC) is a free, nationwide program designed to educate, engage and accelerate start-ups and small businesses. We believe in the notion that entrepreneurs can discover solutions and thrive when they collaborate over a million cups of coffee.

1MC is already thriving in over 120 cities around the U.S. -- 1MC exists for Entrepreneurs, and is run by Entrepreneurs...and ALL ENTREPRENEUR

S & START-UP SUPPORTERS are welcome to attend and be a part of the group! No membership or weekly fees, just like-minded individuals looking to collaborate, connect and support each other to help fuel their business growth. Another great week at 1 Million Cups Eustis/Lake County! ☕️

We were excited to welcome Daniel White of ScanID365.com / ScanIfHurt.com, who shared the evolution of his entrepreneurial journey and the recent pivots he’s made to his business model. His willingness to openly discuss lessons learned, customer feedback, and the realities of adapting a growing business provided valuable insights for entrepreneurs at every stage.

Having also recently presented at 1 Million Cups - Clermont, FL & 1 Million Cups Orlando, Daniel brought a unique perspective on how different entrepreneurial communities can help founders refine ideas, test assumptions, and accelerate growth.

Thank you, Daniel, for your transparency, energy, and commitment to continuous improvement. It’s exactly the kind of conversation that makes the 1 Million Cups community so valuable.

This week, the Regional Network Lead from our “back office” for 1 Million Cups from the Kauffman Foundation, Kim visited our chapter and met with our organizing team to brainstorm. There's something special about a community that's growing. 🌻
I visited 1 Million Cups Lake County / Eustis today, and left genuinely moved. 35+ people gathered not to network, but to actually know each other and show up for each other. You could feel it in the room.

This community is caring and collaborative in a way that doesn't happen by accident. Someone made a decision to build it that way, and it shows.
And they serve breakfast. 🍳 If that doesn't tell you something about how they treat their people, I don't know what does.

That's what I love most about this work, not every 1MC community looks the same. The best ones reflect the people who built them. Lake County is creating a real connection point for entrepreneurs in a part of Florida that deserves exactly this.

Watching communities come into their own is one of the great privileges of this role. Grateful I got to be in the room today. ☕

We LOVE hearing from new businesses in our community! This week Josh and Hayley with Carlisle Air Conditioning and Heating presented on their new launch, and rapidly growing company!
