Erica Fuchs has been practicing Theravada Vipassana Insight meditation for 13 years. She has studied with and been inspired by Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Joseph Goldstein, Gil Fronsdal, Pamela Weiss, Eugene Cash. Jon Kabat-Zinn and his secular Mindfulness practice have also been a huge influence in her practice.
