What if getting stronger in class helped you feel stronger everywhere else? 💪
Experience HEROBOARD Pilates at your Y, this Saturday, Sept. 26! Registration is open NOW in your Y App for two 45-minute, Lagree-inspired workout classes led by Lauren.

✨ HEROBOARD Pilates uses a rolling platform and your own body weight to challenge strength, balance, stability, mobility, flexibility and muscular endurance through controlled, intentional, low-impact movement.

At the Y, we’re not just interested in how many reps you can do.
We’re interested in what feeling stronger helps you do NEXT. 💛
