This Memorial Day, Blue Ridge Honor Flight remembers and honors the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

We also honor the Gold Star families who continue to carry their loved ones’ memory and legacy forward each and every day.

As we approach the 20th anniversary of our first HonorAir flight, we remain committed to preserving the stories, memories, and sacrifices of America’s heroes.

We still can’t believe our first flight of 2026 has already come and gone. 🇺🇸 Just 25 days ago, 85 Veterans and a handful of Gold Star family members traveled from Asheville Regional Airport to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, honoring the Veterans who have given so much in service to our country. The memories from that incredible day are still fresh in our minds.

And now, it's equally hard to believe that we're only 136 days away from our next Blue Ridge Honor Flight mission on September 26.
