Today we had the pleasure of training the Instructional Support Staff from the Bay-Arenac ISD! They provide amazing support to students participating in work-based learning experiences. These dedicated staff members play an important role in helping students develop workplace skills, build confidence, gain valuable experiences, and prepare for their futures.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside such a dedicated team and celebrate the important work they do each day to support student success!

Thank you to the Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy for giving our students an amazing summer work experience! The students had the chance to learn important new skills as well as sharpen existing ones, all while caring for the beautiful nature in our region. We appreciate the continued partnership & the entire crew at the SBLC! 🌲🦊

We are so proud to have had this crew of four hard workers from our partner, Do-All Inc. with us over the last four weeks! Laurentay, Laurenzio, Brenden, and Noah...thank you for all your help! We hope you had a great experience and learned a lot about caring for our natural world!

Nothing beats celebrating a birthday with sunshine, smiles, and a little game of putt-putt!

Today our CLS group got out to enjoy a round of putt-putt golf while celebrating Kelly’s birthday. It was the perfect day to soak up the sunshine, share some laughs, and make great memories together.

We always love attending the wonderful programs offered through Bay County Library System!

Yesterday, our CLS group had a blast getting creative during the library’s tie-dye event. It was a fun afternoon filled with laughter, bright colors, and community connection. We are so grateful to have such an incredible library that provides engaging opportunities for everyone to learn, create, and socialize.

No one does selfies quite like the Do-All crew!

Happy National Selfie Day from some of our CLS participants and janitorial skill-building crew. Between building skills, spending time with friends, reaching goals, and sharing plenty of laughs along the way, there are always a few selfie-worthy moments around here.

Did you know? Every Monday, participants from our Community Living Support (CLS) program in Bay and Arenac Counties gather at PJ's Pizzeria in Pinconning for a hands-on cooking class and lunch socialization experience led by Pam.

While they're learning how to make delicious pizza, they're also developing valuable life skills like kitchen safety, teamwork, communication, following directions, and food preparation. Most importantly, they're building confidence.

CLS is about so much more than community activities. It's about creating opportunities for people to try new things, gain independence, make meaningful connections, and discover what they're capable of achieving.

We are incredibly grateful to Pam and the team at PJ’s Pizza for partnering with us each week to provide such a welcoming and enriching experience for the individuals we support. ❤️

Our CLS groups have been busy enjoying some fun community outings lately! Whether it’s a special destination or a simple adventure around town, these experiences give individuals the chance to connect with others, build confidence, and enjoy all the great things our community has to offer.

We’re looking forward to many more adventures ahead!
