Indio Gigante: built like a baby giraffe
Half Silkie mix: built like a fluffy marshmallow with opinions

I absolutely did NOT need more ‘unique’ chickens…
…and yet here we are measuring leg length like it’s a competitive sport.

When life gives you Za’atar… stop sprinkling it like gravel and start treating it right 😌🌿

Tried something new in the farm kitchen—swirled my Za’atar with olive oil into a fresh sourdough loaf instead of tossing it on top. And let me tell you… GAME. CHANGER.

No more dry bites. Just herby, savory, perfectly infused goodness in every slice. Crispy crust, soft center, and flavor all the way through 🙌

If you’ve ever loved Za’atar but lowkey side-eyed the texture… this is your sign.
