We had the best time celebrating an incredible season with our amazing swimmers, coaches, and families. From the yummy food to the awards to seeing everyone together one more time — it was such a fun and special night.

So proud of every athlete for their hard work, dedication, and growth this year. Nights like this remind us that it’s about more than just the times on the board — it’s about teamwork, friendships, and memories that last.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. What a way to wrap up the season! 🏊‍♂️✨

Picture day is TODAY!! 📸 ⭐️

There is NO fuss, NO order forms—your swimmer simply gives their name, and a photo proof will land right in your email with easy instructions on how to order. You can even choose free delivery to the team or have them shipped to your home!

Not mandatory, but swimmers are welcome to wear their team suit or any plain black suit for pictures. This helps the photographer coordinate with the background.

⭐ Picture Day Timeline

Gold Group: Dryland until 4:15 so everyone looks picture-perfect. In-water practice starts right after your swimmer has their picture taken.

Silver Group: Please arrive at 4:45 PM.

Bronze Group: Please arrive at 5:45 PM

🏊‍♀️ It’s Meet Day! 🏊‍♂️

Here’s everything you need to know:

⏰ Volunteers arrive: 11:15 AM
🏊‍♀️ Athlete arrival: 11:45 AM
🔥 Warm-ups: 12:00–12:25 PM
🏁 Meet starts: 1:00 PM

🚗 Parking: Please park in the middle school parking lot and use the path to walk to the Rec Center.

📍 Staging: Will be held in the gymnasium — keep an eye out for candygrams! 🍬

🍕 Concessions: Located in the game room

What an absolutely AMAZING swim meet from start to finish! 💜💛
A huge THANK YOU to our outstanding volunteers who kept everything running smoothly, our dedicated and hardworking coaches who supported and encouraged our swimmers every step of the way, and everyone who helped make the concessions such a hit. The energy on deck and in the stands was positive, fun, and full of team spirit!

To our swimmers — you showed up, gave it your all, and it truly paid off. 🏊‍♀️✨ You should be incredibly proud of your performances, your progress, and your sportsmanship. What a fantastic meet and an amazing way to celebrate all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes! 🎉👏
