Singing “athletes” and other performing artists may experience significant physical changes during the menopause transition — often while sustaining an active performance career.

This free webinar explores how menopause can affect singers and performers, including:

✨ Symptoms that may impact performance
✨ Current medical recommendations and management
✨ Perspectives from voice pedagogy
✨ Lived experiences from performers who have navigated menopause while performing

Designed for performing arts clinicians, teachers, and artists, this session will deepen understanding of the holistic challenges artists may encounter and how to support them through and beyond the menopause transition.

🗓 April 21 – 8 AM (Singapore)
