As promised I am sharing some pictures with everyone. The Foundation was invited to speak to the Veterans at Renaissance in Monroe Township last week. This is an amazing group of veterans who recognize and support The Barbara Giordano Foundation and therefore WOMEN WHO HAVE SERVED, I wanted to show everyone pictures of these wonderful supporters and truly appreciate their generosity.

Yesterday, several members of the Board of the Barbara Giordano Foundation and woman veteran Mariacristina Garcia were invited to speak at a breakfast sponsored by the Remaissance at Monroe Veterans Club in New Jersey. We were honored to talk about the impact of the work of the Foundation, but Mariacristina's account of her service and how our programs and practitioners helped her in such a meaningful way to address her personal challenges moved the audience in a way that resulted in a standing ovation.
We are so proud of Mariacristina and all the women who have sacrificed so much for our nation.

As we look ahead to future retreats and programs for women who have served, we are grounded and grateful.

These reflections from women who've attended past retreats (FREE for women veterans) are a wonderful reminder that when we show up - for ourselves and others - we make the world around us a better place. ❤️
