I want to thank everyone who attended our annual fundraiser. God bless the beautiful people who generously supported us financially and spiritually. Praise God we raised our goal and these funds will help so many people in Tanzania.

I was presented a Massai ceremonial gown that was hand beaded and I wear this proudly at our fundraiser.

Thanks to the many people who worked hard on preparing for this event. The decorations and setup were beautiful and created a nostalgic atmosphere.

Scholarships are of upmost importance! It is our way of serving the community even when we can’t be there. With the added commitment of each student returning to Bugando, where we spend a lot of our time in Tanzania, it is a win-win! Thank you, Marcia Knutson, for your generosity in sponsoring Dr. Sakara!

If you’re interested in sponsoring a student we can answer questions and make arrangements next week at our annual fundraising event. Donations of any amount can be designated to the scholarship fund with a simple notation.

Sorry there is one post that the date is wrong for the Fundraiser! It is Wednesday, September 16th. This couldn't have come at a better time, as we gear up for our yearly fundraiser! Please take the time to read a heartfelt note we recently received from the Doctor who accompanies Gayle and our team at outreach clinics in rural Tanzania:
