We opperate the train layout which benifits the Elizabethtown public library.

Officially less than a month from the opening night of the display! We have been putting in a lot of work these past weeks getting everything ready and still have so much to do. Track is being laid and tested. The button boards started to go up last night and the accessories are not far behind.

If you have any interest in helping out with the remaining set up, please send us a message and we’ll give you a copy of the work schedule.

Mother Nature may not fully know what time of year it is but we do! It’s moving day. From our storage unit to laying track in just 3 hours. Thank you to our young volunteers for helping this morning!

We have some new designs and ideas being implemented this year that we are excited to show you. Tell us below what you are hoping to see on the display this year.

The weather is finally starting to feel like fall. 🍂 You know what that mean… the trains are just around the corner and we can’t wait get them rolling down the tracks again 🚂🛤️

We are planing our own USA 250 celebration this year! We will be running the 1976 Lionel Bicentennial train, the Lincoln funeral train, historic toy trains from the past 100 years and many Pennsylvania Rail Road engines and cars that help tell the history of railroading in central PA.

"Well? You Coming?"

If you haven't had a chance to visit us yet, don't worry—the train hasn't left the station just yet.

The train display will be open one last time tomorrow (12/27) from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, we will follow any weather delays impacting the Elizabethtown Public Library. Please check for any updates before you come and take appropriate precautions.
