Thanks so much to everyone who supported this important community project.

It is supported by $600,000 from New York State Homes and Community Renewal’s (HCR) Affordable Homeownership Opportunity Program, which provides financing to housing developers to create affordable single-family houses, condos and co-ops. HCR’s Affordable Homeownership Development Program, which supports municipalities and non-profits that create or improve affordable one-to-four family houses, provided $200,000. Grants from Adirondack Community Foundation and contributions from Keene residents and Keene Congregationalist Church offset additional costs.

Please join us in celebrating the official completion of the new, four-home neighborhood at Both Meadow Trail in Keene. Representatives from Adirondack Roots joined local and state officials and community members on Thursday, June 4 for a ceremonial ribbon cutting at the site.

Adirondack Roots is seeking proposals from qualified consultants who can assist with after rehab value appraisals for the 2025 NYS HOME Manufactured Home Replacement Program Award administered by New York State Homes and Community Renewal.
