Year THREE of being a leader for The Climb Team Effingham 🤍
This event and mission are incredibly personal to me. My own experiences through motherhood, postpartum OCD, anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and blending families have shaped not only who I am as a person, but also the work I do every day supporting the perinatal community. I often say that some of my hardest seasons led me to my greatest passion — helping parents feel less alone.
What started as simply wanting to bring awareness to maternal mental health in our community has grown into something so meaningful. Watching families come together, hearing stories of support and healing, and seeing our community rally around parents each year reminds me why this matters so much.
I’m beyond grateful to continue serving as a leader for The Climb and to partner with Postpartum Support International in sharing hope, education, resources, and connection. Thank you to everyone who continues to support this mission year after year — I truly cannot wait for this year’s event 🤍
