Building a healthier community by using the voices of those with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use disorders while working alongside local agencies, businesses, & community members to bridge gaps for individuals & families in Recovery ROSC (Recovery Oriented System of Care) is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered and builds on
the strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families, and communities to achieve recovery and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of substance use and mental health disorders. Our aim is to collaborate with all sectors of our local community including other helping organizations, health care, education, law enforcement, judicial, local business owners, and person's with lived experience with substance use and mental health disorders.
