We have already served nearly 40,000 meals in Edmond to fight senior hunger and food insecurity right here in Edmond.

Edmond Connect is seeking youth ages 16-21 and family members with lived experience to join the Youth & Family Voice Council. This council will meet monthly at Edmond City Hall (22 E. Main Street) to provide valuable input aimed at enhancing community services and local programs.

Interested community members are encouraged to apply by Friday, May 15, to contribute to decisions that impact local families!

Yesterday we held our first workshop for volunteers to learn more about issues that impact seniors in our community. Thank you to Nile' Burge, the Community Outreach Coordinator | Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine, Department of Medicine at OU and the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative for sharing your expertise on Dementia and ways our volunteers can identify the signs and communicate effectively with clients who may experience memory issues so that we can best serve them!
