Thank you all for joining us for The Valley Jazz Divas and supporting CitySpace for this fundraising concert! Jill Connolly, Carol Abbe Smith and Barbara Weene have been performing together for over a decade in and around the Valley. This was their first performance together in over 10 years and they claimed to have only one rehearsal! For this special performance the Divas were joined by Dylan Walter on piano and Wes Brown on bass for this Carol's Jazz Night performance.

On Sunday, October 25 at 2pm, CitySpace welcomes the Treehouse Foundation for Here, We Belong: The Treehouse Experience, a short film screening and community conversation celebrating 20 years of Treehouse Foundation

Created by documentary filmmaker Kate Geis, the film shares personal stories from Treehouse community members, highlighting the relationships and connections across generations that create a sense of belonging.

Following the screening, hear directly from community members featured in the film during a panel discussion, with refreshments and time to connect afterward.

This is the first in a series of events celebrating Treehouse Easthampton's 20th anniversary.

The President, an original one-man show written and performed by acclaimed playwright John Feffer, comes to CitySpace beginning Friday, October 30 at 7:30pm.

Set two years into the presidency of fictional leader Peter Peters, the play explores political division, the threat of martial law, and the possibility of democratic resistance. Blending humor, tension, and hope, this 70-minute performance takes a timely look at the state of American politics.

Feffer returns to CitySpace following his previous performance of The Wedding Jester. Directed by Unseen Forces, with choreography by Tiffany Joseph.

Performances run October 30 through November 15 on select dates.

Halloween is creeping closer, and Doctor Gasp is making his return to CitySpace! 🎃👻

On Friday, October 23 at 7:30pm, the Blue Room welcomes Doctor Gasp and Western Mass favorites Moon Hollow for a night of spooky songs, lively folk music, and a little Halloween mischief.

Behind the mask of Doctor Gasp aka is New England folk musician Dan Blakeslee, bringing his collection of original Halloween tunes to life with creepy characters, vintage horror charm, and plenty of eerie humor. Inspired by classic monster movies and old-time horror, his performances have become a seasonal tradition for audiences of all ages.

Joining him is Moon Hollow, a Western Mass acoustic quartet blending folk, Americana, bluegrass, and early jazz with catchy originals and rich three-part harmonies.

Whether you're a longtime Doctor Gasp fan or looking for a fun way to get into the Halloween spirit, this is a night worth coming out for!

Trail Sound presents Peak to Peak, a recurring dance party bringing house and techno music to the Pioneer Valley. The first edition kicks off on Saturday, October 24 at 7:30pm, with an evening of vinyl, electronic beats, and shared energy on the dance floor.

The night features DJs EQUAL SPEED and antron, spinning selections from their expansive techno collections. EQUAL SPEED brings experience from New York City's Newtown Radio and releases on Fixed Rhythms, while antron hosts Basal Rate on 8 Ball Radio and produces original music for Terroir Recordings.

Peak to Peak is all about coming together through music, movement, and the shared experience of the dance floor. Whether you're a longtime techno fan or just looking for a night out, there's a place for you.

Meet the Maison of Saint Morta.

Founded by London, the New England-based ballroom house is built around creativity, community and chosen family, creating space for self-expression, connection and artistic growth.

Ballroom has deep roots in Black and Latino LGBTQIA+ communities, where it became a space to celebrate identity and creativity in the face of exclusion. Through fashion, dance and performance, that legacy continues today.

This Saturday, October 17, experience it in CitySpace’s Blue Room at The Culture, hosted by London Saint Chanel.

The evening brings together R&B, hip-hop, music and dance, with an introduction to two signature ballroom categories: Vogue and Runway.

Come experience the artistry, energy and community of ballroom with the Maison of Saint Morta.

Two distinct takes on folk music come together in the Blue Room on Friday, October 9.

Boston-based duo Sweet Petunia pairs close vocal harmonies and intricate arrangements with a sound shaped by traditional folk, punk, and DIY music. Western Massachusetts songwriter Sarah Smith of Hoonah opens the evening with intimate songs that explore connection, change, and the unknown.

Hear them both live at CitySpace’s Blue Room at Old Town Hall.
