We’re excited to continue our CHP Spotlight series by recognizing our newly certified professionals and sharing their unique journeys to earning the Certified Health Physicist credential.

This month, we are proud to feature Lige Smith, CHP, a Health Physicist and program lead for the Radiological Engineering team at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Lige is sharing his motivation for pursuing the certification, his thoughts on professional growth, and what this milestone means to him.

When asked how earning his CHP has impacted his career, Lige shared:
